Its revised casing construction is intended to take the edge off rough surfaces for a smoother, more settled ride, while the compound is formulated to hold grip on damp roads and keep rolling resistance down to help fuel use. Independent testing has shown sound aquaplaning resistance and braking ahead of many budget alternatives.
