Maxxis developed the Vansmart MCV3+ for light commercial vehicles that spend their working lives carrying weight. An extra-tough casing and reinforced sidewalls are made to shrug off kerb knocks and support substantial payloads, while big shoulder blocks with linking bridges help keep wear even across the tread. Polygonal grooves backed by numerous sipes clear standing water, and semi-closed groove sections temper running noise. It placed sixth of sixteen in the 2019 ADAC van test, noted for very low wear and dry-road ability.
