The Winter 240 Sottozero is Pirelli's performance winter tyre developed to let sporty, high-powered saloons make the most of their handling on cold, dry, wet and snow-covered roads. Its asymmetric tread uses variable blocks, ultra high performance longitudinal grooves and a racing-derived shoulder design, while deep diagonal grooves aid rolling and comfort. Undulating sipes linked by longitudinal notches provide lateral stability on snow, with a compound built from an advanced silica generation for grip as temperatures fall towards freezing.
